What are the production and delivery times?
Creating a custom piece of jewelry from a physical impression requires artisanal precision. The timelines are as follows:
Kit Dispatch: Within 24/48 hours of your initial order, we will ship the kit to your home.
Jewelry Creation: From the moment we receive your returned kit at our workshop, our artisans will take 2 to 3 weeks to forge and finish your jewelry. As soon as it is ready, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.
