Don't worry, we know our four-legged friends don't always sit still! Our material allows you to practice. If you aren't happy with the print, you can try again until you get the perfect result to send us.
Is the kit safe for my pet?

Can I take an impression of both the paw and the nose (truffle)?
Yes! The kit works perfectly for both surfaces. The nose print (truffle) is unique and unrepeatable, like a fingerprint, and our physical processing allows us to capture every single wonderful detail of it.
What are the production and delivery times?
Creating a custom piece of jewelry from a physical impression requires artisanal precision. The timelines are as follows:
Kit Dispatch: Within 24/48 hours of your initial order, we will ship the kit to your home.
Jewelry Creation: From the moment we receive your returned kit in our workshop, our artisans will take 2 to 3 weeks to forge and finish your jewelry. As soon as it is ready, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.
How much is shipping?
The indicated cost covers the entire logistics process (sending the initial kit, returning the kit to us, and the final shipment of the jewelry). The rates are as follows:
